Task management
Create task catalogues and enter them into the system with automatic case deadlines in order to structure employee workflows. All task descriptions are run together automatically in order to prepare drafts for creditor and mortgagee information. In addition, you can create processes that will send automatic emails to the involved parties such as managers and banks.
Corporate information and KPI analysis
Information about the company, the management, board members, objects etc. are retrieved automatically from the Central Business Register, CVR. Financial information is obtained through business partners, and key indicators are listed for liquidator review. The assets and liabilities of the insolvent estate are compared with the last known financial data and a table is generated and included in information to the creditors.

Obtain bank accounts through our integration with Nordic banks. Review data manually or let our algorithms help you analyse the transactions of the company that can be transferred to the dispute module where a claim form is created containing references to sources of law.

BELLA is designed in collaboration with law offices in Denmark, Sweden and Norway with expertise in insolvency law. The register of debts and claims and the creditor information module are fully integrated in the common Nordic creditor portal, www.konkursboerne.dk / www.bankruptcyestates.com, where the creditors can access their insolvency information from all the law offices that use BELLA.
